TANAR OF PELLUCIDAR - G&D and Canaveral Press variants - A friend suggested that the Micklewright cover
done for Methuen might make a good variant cover. I told him I had never seen the cover and asked if he
could send me a good scan. He did and from it I have created variants for both the G&D and Canaveral
editions. The art was perfectly proportioned for the G&D variant. However, to make it fit the Canaveral
edition required that approximately an inch be added to the top of the illustration. So I removed the
lettering and the rocky cliff behind the tiger, and recolored the cliff to integrate the addition to the rest of
the cover. The front flap is the standard G&D blurb. The back cover contains an essay on the influence of
ERB. The back flap is a descriptive essay about Pellucidar.

Once purchased, your dust jacket will be wrapped in a mylar dust cover, packed flat, and mailed within
twenty-four hours of payment, even on weekends --- It won't go out until the next workday, but it will be
dropped off at the post office within twenty-four hours of payment. Shipping in the USA is free, calculated in
the cost of the product.
