The above dust jacket is not a perfect facsimile of the Putnam first edition of this title. The book is incredibly rare, and the dust jacket is
even rarer. I've never seen a complete, detailed scan of this DJ anywhere. Also, I don't own a copy of the book, so I can't fit the facsimile
on a copy of my book to insure the fit. A friend in Washington state asked me to make a facsimile for him and he could supply me with only
the barest information, along with a poor scan from eBay. Working together via email, we built the first version of a facsimile. However,
since then I have collected slightly better imagery, but still have not been able to piece together the back flap bio. In the above dust jacket I
used the Wikipedia Bio instead. If you know of anyone who might be able to help me find more complete information, please email me.
